We believe compassionate care to patients depends on thorough communication with referring physicians. Our case management protocol initiates with a phone call to review patient status. Mercy Neuro-Hospitalists oversee the continuum of inpatient care and a pre-discharge phone call provides a summary of treatment to close the loop and ensure the referring physician has all necessary information for continued treatment.
